AVIN INTERNATIONAL SA. was founded and established in Greece in 1977. It has since constantly expanded, carrying the Greek flag across the globe. Avin International ltd is a major tanker operator, active in the shipment of crude oil and petroleum products.The company has also been very active in undertaking various shipbuilding programs, in Split, Japan, Ukraine, S. Korea and recently China. Provides a high level of service and quality primarily to major petroleum companies and has a large list of clients by keeping excellent trading relationships and a high record of vetting inspection success.

We specialize in the ownership and bareboat charter-in of dry bulk vessels. As of December 6, 2023, our fleet consists of 41 dry bulk vessels, excluding the two methanol dual fuel new-building Kamsarmax dry bulk vessels, not yet delivered: 4 Newcastlemax, 9 Capesize, 5 Post-Panamax, 6 Kamsarmax, 7 Panamax and 10 Ultramax (including a partial interest through a joint venture arrangement in one Ultramax). As of the same date, the combined carrying capacity of our fleet (excluding m/v DSI Drammen and the two methanol dual fuel new-building Kamsarmax dry bulk vessels, not yet delivered) is approximately 4.5 million dwt with a weighted average age of 10.46 years
